Group Policy Question

Hi Everyone, I have multiple HP t5740 desktop thin clients in my
environment, all working as expected. Today I added in a 4410t mobile thin
client from HP, and it acts a little differently. Even after joining the
domain, getting the same group policy, etc... it will not present functions
such as command line or run to the domain Administrator, even though they are
part of the local admin group as well. The local administrator account works
fine, but none of the domain accounts get the same menus... is there
something in XPe that would prevent that? Some local policy somewhere I'm
missing?
