Group Policy not everywhere applied!

M

Montoya

I have a network with WIndows 2000 and Windows XP clients. I have
created a group policy in my AD for users and computers. In this policy
I have made a few settings for Outlook (remove deleted items on exit)
and Windows (redirect My Documents to a shared folder on the server).

After a couple of days I checked at some clients if the settings have
being made. Some client computers did have all the settings but some of
them not. The security of the users are all the same.

Can someone tell me what I do wrong and how I can fix this or is this a
bug in the policies?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Roland.

Hi,

take one of the xp machines, logon to the domain and give the following
command: gpupdate /force, this updates the group policy.
Check if the settings apply.
