group policy in terminal server

I am running a windows 2000 network with terminal
servers. I want to set up group policy to stop my users
from being able to disconnect from a terminal session so
that they have to log off and also from being able to see
or at least access the shutdown button on the terminal
server. How would I go about doing that in group policy.

This should all be able to be controlled through group
policy, or you could just go to your RDP-TCP configuration
and adjust the settings there.

Note that you can hide the disconnect option from the start menu,
but you won't be able to prevent users from closing the window.
So it's wise to put a time-out limit on disconnected sessions and
rest them after the time-out limit is reached.

We want to keep their work open in case of a network glitch. Since this is
Citrix, I am going to persue the Appscape utility www.dabcc.com, that
another user has recommended.
Thanks

Or you could just create it yourself...

An even better way to do this is to just force all
disconnected clients to be reset automatically, rather
than letter them go into the disconnected state. You can
configure this through the terminal services configuration.
