Group Policy Explain each Policy

Does anyone have a link to where I can find an
explanation of each group policy?

The below article gives an example of getting an
explanation for each policy using help but I want one I
can print out.

This guy at the end of the article talks about getting an
explanation of each policy. If you right-click on any
policy and select Properties, then Explain, you'll get an
eye full of well-written text that discusses the specific
policy.

THere is a gp.chm floating around. Also, I found a file for XP GPOs not too
long ago, named xp_gpo.xls.
