Group Policy Changes

I am trying to redirect the "My Documents" folder to a
second hard drive(D). All the H&S center documentation
sais its in Group policy...
policy name Policy
User Configuration
Windows Settings
Folder Redirection

However, I have no Folder redirection option. How can I
add this or is there an alternative way of redirecting
the folder to another drive.
