Group Policy Auditing

Hi,

Can we check who is changing which Group policy in Windows2003 DC, Is there
any Microsoft or Non Microsoft Software through which I can check what the
changes in being made with the group policy by any system administrator.

Not that I am aware of... I do not know of a way to monitor who has changed
the settings. One thing that you can do is lock down who can make changes to
GPO's to only a select few... There is no after the fact reporting that I
know of...
