hen is microsoft set to release the administration piece to antispyware?

Does anyone have a Group Policy ADM that is set to work with antispyware
currently?

Not at the moment, but Microsoft is working on an Enterprise Edition of
Microsoft AntiSpyware that will support those features you asked about, this
will come at an undetermined cost though.
