Group mailbox, delegates and sent items

I currntly look after several group mailboxes in a Microsoft Exchange server
network. I have set up around 15 users as delegates with full rights (send,
Receive, edit etc). What I would like to do is have the items these delegates
"send on behalf of" be recorded in the sent items folder. Unfortunately at
this stage the items appear in each persons private sent items folder. I have
navigated my way around many help documents and tried all with no success. I
have played around with rules also without success. Hoping someone here has
the answer?
