How do I go about seeing who I have listed in my Group file?

You mean a contact group? Just double-click on it, to open it for editing.

Thank you for responding so quickly. But I didn't post the question correctly.

I meant a Google Group. We have an over 55 google group that I send out
bulletins to each week. But I would like to delete some members due to them
moving. I would also like to be able to add names as well. But when I click
on Google Group in my contacts, it just goes to a new e-mail being sent to
"The Google Group" without names.

It sometimes helps to right click on such things instead to get more
options.
