Group Components under my own Categoriy

Before I release my a new XPE package I want to introduce a new category in
the XP Embedded Database where the 65 components are grouped.
It was no problem to group my components to my own package and defining the
my own repositorysets.
But i cant find information how to envoke a new Category. The documentation
describes how to join the predefined categories supplied by Microsoft.

The tools provide no method of generating your own category.
