Group And outline Settings in 2007 - Grouping detail below, based onthe Cell Above

In Excel 2003, you could change the Group and Outline Settings so that
the Top Row is what is grouped, based on the detail below.

However, in 2007, that option doesn't seem to be available.

Is there a workaround for this, by chance?

Thanks for any suggestions.

This is available in the 'Settings' dialog same as it has always been.
Just click the small icon on the right side of the Outline section bar
to display the dialog.
