gridlines print over text

When printing an Excel document with gridlines, some of them print over the
text, and they don't line up properly. I've checked my text and spacing
settings, and everything seems fine. Am I missing something?

It sounds like the rows and/or columns are not big enough for the data - you
could try the Autofit option

I had a similar problem, that I could never truly fix. On the monitor the
spreadsheet looks fine, but when I print the text does not. This is using
the autofit option. I think it may be an issue with a certain font. Try
changing it and see if that helps any.

Yes, I tried changing the font and the autofit option. Nothing seems to help.
This is the problem I'm having. It shows up fine on the screen and in print
preview. It just loses some formatting or can't translate the formatting to
the printer.

I've been watching this, hoping to see a resolution. Since I haven't yet,
I'm going to make some suggestions, in the order that you should try them,
and only continue if the prior one does not succeed.:

1) Make absolutely sure you have the correct printer driver FROM THE MFR's
WEBSITE for your combination of Operating System and Printer model.

2) Clean up your hard drive:

3) Troubleshoot Excel:
