grid size

I changed the grid size on my DB a week or so ago, but now I don't
seem to have that option. I'm new to this and have been checking
around and guess I clicked in the wrong spot. Can someone tell me how
to get my grid options back.

Open a code window with <ALT> F11 and then go to:
Tools>Options...>General Tab
...and make the changes there. Is that what you needed?
