G Gord Dibben Oct 19, 2006 #3 One possible problem. If you cannot see the gridlines when you have Tools>Options>View>Gridlines checked you may have a white background color for the cells. This will hide gridlines. CTRL + a(twice in 2003) to select all cells then Format to "no color". Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
