Gremlin - scrolling problem

Starting this week, I have had intermittant problems
where, all of a sudden, any scrollbox I open works itself
to the bottom. IE6, all Win2000 boxes & picklists,
Quattro, etc.. Re-booting doesn't always solve the
problem.

I've been diligent with my Win upgrades and my Norton
Antivirus files are current.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Steve. I'll switch immediately. Your suggestion
makes sense. The problem reminded me of the old serial
port problems we had back in the DOS days.
