hi, i've recently been experiencing difficultly when i attempt to open random word documents with microsoft word, .exe files, .jpegs, and .mpegs, coincidently they all appear with either blue or green filenames, i've searched many places but have not been able to understand what the blue or green text filenames mean. i planned to just do a system restore but i have no store points. recently i ran ad-adware and i believe i may have deleted a twain file or somethin as on the restart i got an error of a missing twain file. im lost as what to do and why certian word documents, .jpegs, .exe, and .mpegs are affected and not all are inaccessible. any help will do

thanks
pete
