Greek ISO email?

I just received an Outlook 2002 email that is supposed to be in Greek, but I do not have
the correct encoding.

The message format is in "Greek (ISO)", which it appears is not installed on my computer
(it is grayed out).

How do I install this? Or is it a matter of language support? Where do I download Greek
ISO support for my computer & how do I install it?

It is a matter of language support; you may not have the appropriate
fonts. How to obtain it depends on your Windows version.

Also, if the message is in HTML format, it may have a unknown font
specified.
