therefore DRM is totally ineffective?

Geez Frank, my point is that it's been cracked (possibly, as I haven't
verified this for myself) and it can be bypassed apparently.

You didn't understand what I said, did you? If the average user wants help,
they are looking for a solution in a topic with the problem named in the
title. They are going to ignore the whole silly thread, no matter how many
replies it has, because they are looking for something specific. They are
not interested in reading any arguments from idiots, debates about politics,
or opinions about sports. All they want is to find an answer to their
specific problem. Period. Q&A, not conversational. Get it? So, who made the
