gray space at bottom of page

My web page has a lot of gray space below the end of the table. I have
checked the height settings in page properties and tried it both as check and
100% and not checked and 0. Still have a lot of empty space. May have been
caused by stretching the table borders instead of using properties to change.
Any suggestions?

I really am guessing, but there is no bottom margin.

Why not try MARGIN=0, which should set all of them - top left bottom right
