Is there any way to cut graphs/tables from the internet and paste them
into powerpoint.

Right click the graph, choose save picture as, in PPT insert - picture -
from file. If that is not possible, take a print screen, cut the part you
want to use in a suitable program and save that, then insert in PPT.
