In Internet Explorer Click Tools->Internet Options.
Select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Multimedia heading.
Below that, Make sure there is a check next to Show
pictures. While your here, you might want to check Play
Animations, Play Sounds, Play Videos, and Smart image
dithering. Another option is to click Restore Default near
the bottom of the window.
If that doesn't work...
Try going to Windows update, and updating IE.
