Graphics inserted in frontpage when uploaded to website dont appea

Sorry Guys, as I know this is an old problem but even after reading all your
advice I am still not getting this right.

I have checked the properties on web and it shows that it is linked to the
website and not my hard drive,
http://simplyenergetic.cozahost.com/images/overlay physical20%ws.jpg (file
actual name overlayphysical.jpg. I have removed them, uploaded the images to
the site first, then reinserted then and uploaded the page but to no avail.

Can you see what I am doing wrong? NB: I am not a computer fundi so please
explain for dummies!

Looks like there is a problem with the filename. You have spaces in the URL
you posted (the %20 equates to a space) and your "actual name" does not have
spaces. Never use spaces in filenames.
