graphics don't show up on animation order screen

In ordering the animation on slides with graphics, the graphics show up first
when the slide is played. I want them to show last, but they don't appear in
the editing window that allows you to order the animation.
 
Are the graphics on the master? If so,. look there for their animation
settings...
