How do you view what Graphics Card you have?

right click "my computer"
propetries
hardware
device manager
display adaptors

Right click in an empty space on your desktop, and select
properties, then select the Settings tab and it should be
listed there with your monitor.

Check in the Display Properties. This is where you change
your screen resolution and so on.
