Graphics card resource conflict.

Upgrading an older machine and got following message in device manager for
the graphics card;

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other
devices on this system.

You need to restart your computer before the changes you made to this device
will take affect.

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

I am running an AX59 Pro motherboard BIOS ver 2.33 and a ATI Rage 128 and XP
pro service pack 1. I have no idea how to fix this problem, please help, its
really slowing things down.

Run MSINFO32.EXE and go to Hardware Resources > Conflicts/Sharing and see if
you can determine the actual devices in the conflict and report back.
