Graphics card driver PACKS IN as soon as VISTA LOADS.

Whenever Vista starts up the screen goes completley blank. Nothing on it.
When I load in safe mode everything works fine. Setting it to stnd VGA driver
and loading in normal works fine. Installing EITHER the MS drivers or the
official nVidia Vista drivers dont work. Same effect. GeForce 6600le on
PCI-E. The PCI-E driver is installed via Windows Update. Oh and this is not
the cause of the psu problem which I am still getting. Is it because I am
running 32bit Vista on 64bit Athlon?

Nope, this same problem has happened to me on two separate pc both 32bit.
I have no idea how to fix it though.
