Graphics blurry

I have started having problems, in how pictures are being
displayed on my pc. They are partially fogged, and look
as it they were "bleeding" across the screen. This is
also happening to graphics I create on PSP. I have
checked the normal "things" to check...etc..drivers and
all. Still have not been able to clear them up!

This could be caused by either your monitor or your video card failing.
The easiest way to troubleshoot is to either connect your computer to a
different monitor or stick in a different video card. That way you can
see where the problem lies.
