graphics as hyperlinks with target

i have a frames setup on my page, in the links that are interactive buttons i
can successfully load a new page into my target frame (not the frame of the
link origin) however, using the same method/page/frame i cannot get the link
to work if it is a wordart graphic, the page loads in its own frame (as if it
were "_self"), any suggestions for resolution. sorry it is not posted yet.

change the target in the hyperlink dialogue as you usuallly would.
