Graphic in Outlook Signature

Hi All

My company wants to implement a standard Outlook signature which has the
company logo embedded into the signature.

It all works okay until someone wants to reply or forward the email and the
company logo is replaced by
<< OLE Object: Picture (Metafile) >>

We would like the logo to stay intact.

Is this possible?

How was the logo put into the signature? Use an RTF file
created in Word, start with a jpeg of the logo, do a
insert/picture/from file.

Yes that is correct. Click on Advance Edit and then use "Insert -->
Picture --> From File" method
