Graph and text issue

I put a graph in my page using the web component, graph and then add the
data through the data sheet that comes up. I would like to put text over
this graph if possible but haven't been able to figure out how as of yet.
Any one know if this is possible and how?

It is possible by using absolutely positioned divs (layers).
