Gra! Am I missing a DLL file?

Ok I changed my theme to the XP theme and now I can't
change it back tyo Windows Classic. My boyfriend and I,
who both know about computers, couldn't figure it out. He
checked and said he thought it might be the DLL that is
supposed to run it. So do you have an answer to this? or
know somewhere I could possibly find this DLL?
