GPO not applied

GPO not applied

Hello,

I've had a GPO work perffectly on workstations in a
specific OU for some reason a group of them is not getting
it applied.

What is the first thing to check?
 
Do you have block inheritance enabled at OU level?
Do you use security filtering for that GPO?
