GPO Empty

Hi, I've created a couple ou's and tried applying different GPO's to
the servers that are in there. Nothing is being applied, when I check
the Group Policy Managments console, under the Group Policy Results,
it says my GPO's are empty, when I know they are not. I can open them
up and still see my changes. Any idea's? Thanks!

Open GPMC (Group Policy Management Console), go to your GPOs. View the
settings through GPMC (you say there are no settings) - don't forget to
expand all. Compare what you see with gpedit (group policy editor) spawned
from GPMC. These two should be in sync (either with no settings or with the
settings you said were added).
