GP running twice

We are running a 2003 domain with 2000 servers running
terminal services. We have some scripts running in the
local GP of each TS. When the user logs onto the TS, the
scripts execute twice. We removed the domain policies to
test this server but the issue is still there. Any ideas
what could cause this?

Check which GPOs are applied to user using GPMC or gpresult
maybe You have this script applied in two separate GPOs or as the logon
script for user (on the users OU level) and s logon script for TS (with
loopback mode enabled for GPO)

Thats the thing. There are two Group Policies running on
the OU. These were temporarily removed and the problem
still occured. The scripts we are running are applied
directly to the local group policy on the server under the
users logon scripts. These scripts, from this exact
location, are listed twice in gpresult. Thats what is so
puzzleing.
