got unplugged, now won't load my profile

My computer got unplugged while running, when I
restarted, it went through a long scan check. Now it
won't go to my profile, it goes into a temp profile, with
only 3 of my desktop items, and none of my files. It
says contact my administrator, HELP! What do I do now!
