hi,
i have got a problem with my pc.i have a dial up
internet connection.and when i connect to internet then
the problem starts.my computer stops working for about 10
min.and after some time it works as it is.so how can i
get rid of tht.plz help meh.

sounds like some kind of virus or intrusion.
ensure you have Norton anti Virus up to date Also
go to www.pcworld.com/downloads and download adaware and
spybot. They are free of charge and they should help.
