got no xp style option in views

when I try to change my view from classic, to xp style, there is no xp style
option in the view styles window. The only option in the drop down box is
classic view style.

Are you on a domain/network with group policies enabled to prevent this?
 
Right click on the start button and select properties. On the Start Menu
tab is start menu or classic start menu selected?
