Got msblast virus, windows failure-documents locked!

hi

i recently got the msblast virus and windows wouldn't
start again. i was able to connect my hdd to another pc
and get to my documents, apart from it won't let me into
them! i have vital documents in there that i need and i
can't get in! i tried to reinstall windows,with out
formatting and leaviny my document there, which i did,
but it still won't let me into them. please help asap
