I can't get through tech support by phone, can some please
help me. 1st...my computer is effected by this virus..I
ran a search and found 2 files...msblast exe. and
msblast. I am able to delete and send to recycle bin only
msblast exe. my computer can't delete, and won't delete
msblast /win32..So I am not able to go on line to download
windows update, or use any antivirus software. My
computer continues to shut down with in 58 seconds after
I've made it on line, error: NT Authority/System Remote
Procedure Call terminated unexpectly....will shut down and
restart....after that I do another search and msblast exe.
is showing up again....so I delete and send to recycle
bin, I'm going through a vicious cycle....I've gone
through proceedure of Network and Internet connections,
right clicking on dial-up, Lan, or High Speed
Internet...clicking on properties from the context menu...
Advance tab, under internet connections Firewal selecting
Protecy My computer, or network and clicking OK...doing
this proceedure while I've unpluged the phone jack from my
computer. Then I turn of computer, and wait 20 minutes or
so, I start it up again...sign on to the internet with in
58 seconds message shows up again, and computer shuts down
and restarts again. Does anyone know what I can do to
delete this msblast/win32 7 KB off my system? That seems
to be the only way I can get on line and download the
windows update, the patch, etc....I am on a old computer
right now Windows 95' this one seems to be OK...But I need
my Windows XP Professional, I work on the internet, this
one is not able to perform the duties needed.
