ok I think I figured it out duhhh....silly me.

Ok so then what is the best way to maintain my site; ie.
make changes/additions/deletions etc;

Via live site? or FP site?


(why are there 2 ways to do this? what's the diff?)

oops ha; I figured out how to edit my site by the live
site. So now I want to know is what way is best for making
changes to my site.

In FP on my computer or the live site (I'm still not
certain what the diff is; but I know how to do it)

Lisa: Its a personal preference. I do mine and my customer sites live, then
publish to my hard drive for backup purposes. This way I can see changes on
the web as they happen.

I tend to do minor changes on the live site, since the world can see the
results as soon as you save the page, major changes I do locally (my pc),
then publish to the live site when approved, etc.
