Got a new CD Drive and now Restore CD Won't !

I bought a new CD Drive couse my last one broke and now when I put the
Restore CD in and shut down my computer and start it up nothing happens...
I dont know what to do i can't afford a new PC and i really need this one
fixed.
So anything would help!

I do not your Motherboard, this is not done through Windows, read your
manual on how to do this or go to Manufacturer website and find your manual.
 
OK, I wen't in and found the Boot part and there is no option to do anything
with it but move it up and down so im guessing that the top one is the one
used? It's at the top and CD still won't work =(
 
Some of these restore disks works in windows. Did you try this? What
manufacturer gave you the restore disk? Does your CD Rom work in windows?
 
I got the Computer from eMachine and The way it says to restore the computer
is to put it in and restart the computer.
