Got a Blackberry...Will travel

I am looking for someone to explain how I can set up my work email on Outlook
to forward my emails to my Blackberry when I'm not in the office. If anyone
knows what I need to do to accomplish this, please share with me.

What type of e-mail account are you working with? (e.g. Microsoft Exchange,
POP3, IMAP, .etc)
