Google Toolbar

After deleting the Google Toolbar from my Add and Delete
section... the entire toolbar section at the top of the
page was deleted... How can I replace that section
without getting the Google Toolbar again ???

Open IE, right-click on an empty area where the IE Toolbar
should be and check "Lock the Toolbars".
