google reset

hello, how do i stop google from opening with my personalized settings?
i have set IE6 to open at google (www.google.com) as my home page. but
google keeps resetting itself to open with www.google.com/ig. how do i
stop this behavior? i would like to use google personal, but not each
and every time i log on. thanks

Have you tried deleting the cookie associated with Google? Open IE, click
tools, options, and click to delete the cookies, you should probably delete
the temp internet files and tick the box for offline content as well.
