Google Desktop Search misses Serif spp files

Hi folk,

I wondered if there was any way of enabling the Google Desktop Search
facility to pick up my Serif Photoplus files (photo-editing files), as well
as the more usual jpegs? It is inevitably the former that I need to get
hold of.
