Google.com-goes to google.co.jp (Japan)

Every time i go to www.google.com my browser redircts to
www.google.co.jp even though i have english OS and english
browser. at google.co.jp, they have the option of going
to google.com so i clicked it and it just came back to
google.co.jp. i just installed japanese language pack
today. maybe this is why? how can i fix this and how can
i un-install japanese language pack.

Try this: IE, Tools, Internet Options, Languages. Add US English, and put it
as first language.

Go to control panels and open Regional Language
settings. Ensure you have English selected if not select
English (US).
