Good "value" vid card?

I'm looking for a simple PCI Express x16 vid card that's a good
value- I guess around $40 to $60 new.

Preferably I'd like it to be able to drive dual DVI monitors. It
doesn't need dual dvi ports, it can do an adaptor or whatever. (But
not VGA.)

Also preferably one that doesn't have a fan. Do they even make them
without fans these days... At least a quiet one then...

Suggestions, thanks

If you use the "Advanced Search" in the Newegg video card section,
you can specify many parameters (such as fanless or with fan,
2 DVI connectors and so on).

This one is $70 after MIR. It is two slots thick at the faceplate.
Has dual dual-link DVI. Built on the "George Foreman grill" theme.

Both NVidia 8500 and 8600 based cards exist in passively cooled
(silent) versions. Both are quite good value for money. The
8600 will certainly meet moderate gamers' needs.
