Good "terminal emulator" program?

Hello,

I'm looking for a good "terminal emulator" program for connection over
the serial port. (that is, *NOT* a Telnet/SSH program. I already use
PuTTY for this)

Specially, I'm looking for "hot keys" support (i.e. press a key combo,
send a specific string).
