Hi Allan!

As Paul has pointed out, almost everything you will ever need is available
on the Microsoft webpage. The Windows 2000 Resource Kit has some great
documentation on Certificate Authorities. The new Windows 2003 PKI Best
Practices Guide is also fantastic. After that, you can always check
on-line book retailers that have customer feedback areas.
