Going to a specific web page

I've installed a new version of Zone Alarm Pro and forgot to save my
previous settings. Now ZAP is giving me DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR ALERTs for
all kinds of program events that may be ok to allow but that in my
excess caution I choose to DENY. Probably as a result of this, now when
I click an HTTP link in an email, or an application's help button that
should go to that app's web page, it goes to my browser but doesn't go
to the specific web page. Any idea what service does this? I'm sure
I've inadvertently prevented whatever that is from executing. Thanks.

I seem to recall in ZAP you can edit/delete the events in the allow section.
So delete them all, unless you know specifically that an item is relevent.
Next time you get a warning, and the msg isnt descriptive enough, instead of
deny either Ask or not this time (ensure remember is not ticked).
Then if you cannot do what you wanted, you know next time to allow.

Right, thanks. I'm trying to figure out what it is that I've already
said DENY to, that is now preventing email and application links from
finding their correct web page. I think I was *too* cautious about
something, but I don't know what it was!

delete all the deny items, start again
